Harmeet has Investment, Restructuring and Distribution experience for Illiquid Assets across Developed and Emerging Markets, and has had direct involvement in transactions over US$20bn in more than 30 jurisdictions. He has held leadership roles in interaction with clients and trading strategy. Prior to setting-up Satus, Harmeet was the Cross-Asset Head of Trading and Member of Board at Sberbank CIB UK. He has previously worked in Special Situation Trading/Investing at Morgan Stanley and Plexus Partners, and Mergers & Acquisitions at Credit Suisse First Boston. Harmeet holds an MBA Finance from University of Oxford and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management.

Amit has Infrastructure Investment Management and M&A advisory experience across EMEA and Emerging Markets, with a specialism across the energy transition and climate finance sectors. He has had direct involvement in transactions over US$10bn in more than 10 jurisdictions. He has held various leadership roles at infrastructure fund managers and their portfolio companies. Previously, Amit was held senior positions at Macquarie Asset Management (including Head of India for their fund, UK Climate Investments), UK Green Investment Bank and worked with Nomura, Argent Partners and Deloitte. Amit is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant with Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).

Fred has over 20 years of experience investing in financial service companies in the public and private markets. His experience spans from mentoring start up’s to providing advice to large cap global FI’s. He has worked in deal origination, investing, portfolio management, and risk management in transactions well over $15bn. Previously, Fred was a Portfolio Manager at GIC and an Analyst/Portfolio Manager at T Rowe Price, focusing on financial service companies. Over this period he has been involved in investing and providing management with advice to leading fintechs, banks, insurance firms, credit bureaus, exchanges and asset managers. Fred earned his MBA in International Finance and Marketing from DePaul University (Chicago, USA) and is a CFA charter holder.
